The Great Room, with over 2500 square feet, boasts soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, intimate seating areas, and a Grand Lanai, overlooking the grassy yard and bay.

The kitchen, dining and great room are designed in an open floor plan, making it great for entertaining. The Great Room has a 70 inch TV and full cable package for a fun movie night.

A wonderful open concept open on two sides to the tropics and a stunning view of the bay. What a way to dine!

Enjoy cooking? This kitchen is a gourmets delight. Just look at the views of the bay from your kitchen. Dining room seats up to 12, for your dinner parties.


This spectacular Grand Master Suite, showcases a huge canopied king bed. It has his and hers Master Closets AND Master Baths. Her Master Bathroom/closet is to the left, and his to the right. Television, with cable, dvd player, and mini-fridge are for your pleasure.

A beautiful seating area, adjacent to the private lanai makes for a relaxing reading or cocktail area.

Matching Master Closets lead the way to Grand Master Baths.

This Master bath, for her, features taupe and cream Marble, a sunken tub, large enough for two, with a hand shower. A mirrored rain shower, a dressing area, and bidet and toilet. The perfect place to get ready for a special day or evening.

Our Romantic Guest Suite includes a beautiful marble ensuite bathroom, with Rain Showers big enough for two. Television, with cable, dvd player, and a mini-fridge. Large Louvered walls are actually doors and open to the pool area, bringing in the tropics.
